At A3 Styles, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we are here to ensure a smooth and easy return or exchange process.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All tags and packaging are intact
• You contact us within 3 days of receiving the product
• You provide your order number and proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
• Used or washed products
• Items with perfume, stains, or damage
• Clearance / sale items
• Accessories (if applicable)
3. Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are allowed only for size, color, or product issues.
• If your requested size/color is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value.
• If the new item’s price is higher, you must pay the difference.
4. Return & Refund Policy
• Refunds are provided only if the delivered item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds will be issued via bank transfer / mobile banking within 5–7 working days after inspection.
• For change-of-mind cases, we only offer exchange, not refund.
5. Delivery Costs
• If the product you received is defective or wrong, we cover both-way shipping costs.
• For size exchanges or change-of-mind exchanges, the customer must pay the delivery/return charge.
